QxBroker - Investing Platform

On 02/01/2026, when I logged into my trading account, I found that the balance including the profits was missing. I contacted support by opening a ticket, and they replied that the issue had been resolved and the deposit was made!!!!!!!!! However, they did not credit the second transaction, and on top of that, they took my profit balance. Sir?!

My experience with Quotex has been extremely disappointing. I had successfully used the platform before, but this time my withdrawal has been a nightmare. The withdrawal status shows "Successful", yet the money has not been credited to my bank account even after waiting for a long time. The biggest issue is the customer support. I contacted them multiple times through email and support channels, but instead of providing a proper solution, I kept receiving delayed or generic responses.

Very disappointing experience. I made a ₹900 deposit, and the payment was successful, but the amount was not credited to my Quotex account even after 48 hours. I contacted support and provided all the payment proof, but the issue is still unresolved. Please investigate and solve my problem as soon as possible. Once my issue is resolved and my deposit is credited, I will delete this review.
